Exciting news! This October, we will be launching the first Andy Kim Next Generation Leaders Training designed to equip the next generation of civic and political leaders in New Jersey.
This training is open to individuals of all backgrounds and offers a practical introduction to the fundamentals of running effective campaigns. Participants will gain hands-on experience working with experienced campaign leaders and leave the program with key skills to work on local, state, and federal races, including in: organizing, finance, digital, communications, and operations. Upon completion of the training and capstone project, participants will receive a Certificate in Political Leadership from Andy Kim for New Jersey.
